Massage therapy can be used in the treatment of both acute and chronic stages of conditions. Your chiropractor will likely recommend massage therapy as a part of your treatment.

This is done in fairness both to clients who would otherwise have wanted the appointment and to the therapist, who is not paid if they do not perform the session. As a courtesy to everyone, thank you for being prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session.

Policies for Massage
We suggest that you arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early to allow for preparation time. For your safety, please notify us of any medical conditions or medications you are taking. Please feel free to let the massage therapist know how they may better help you during your massage. We would like you to feel comfortable and relaxed to receive the most benefit. Please silence cell phones when in session.

To maintain reasonable rates, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show for your scheduled appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.
Payment
We accept cash, check, and credit card at the time of your visit. Please check in with our receptionist upon your arrival to complete any Initial Visit forms and payment. We regret that we do not bill insurance companies, however we will provide a receipt that you may be able to submit for reimbursement. Please note that many insurers will not cover massage.
Gratuities are at your discretion. If you are pleased with the service offered, please let your friends and family know.
Inclement Weather Policy
Due to any inclement weather, we will contact each client to reschedule their appointment. If Fairfax County Schools are closed, massage therapy will also be closed.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable, must be presented at the time of service and expire 6 months from the date of purchase, unless noted otherwise.
