Dry Needling

Trigger Point Dry Needling is a deep tissue approach to releasing and relieving muscle spasms and trigger points. Needles similar to the ones used in acupuncture are used to treat problematic areas.

Many people that have undergone treatment find relief within 1-2 treatments. Common complaints that benefit from this form of treatment are neck pain, cervicogenic headaches, shin splints, and piriformis syndrome, just to name a few. Trigger Point Dry Needling is especially beneficial when combined with chiropractic care to ensure that the muscle and joint are functioning properly.

Within just a few weeks of seeing Dr. Gebaide, my pelvis got into alignment and has stayed. She did a combination of chiropractic adjustments and dry needling. I have resumed running again and my gait feels fantastic, like the old me prior to my injury.
