Annette Griffin
Meet our massage therapist, Annette Griffin. Annette graduated from Heritage School of Massage in 2009. She is a proud retired army wife, mother of four children, and grandmother of five beautiful children. She enjoys helping people feel better through massage therapy.
Annette is certified to perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Prenatal massage. She particularly enjoys helping people who suffer from headaches. She continues to provide excellent service for her clients on Thursday’s only. To set an appointment with her, please contact the front desk to check for availability.
Kate Ellingsen
Kate has joined our team and enjoys working with all types of athletes and with people who want to feel and move better.
She originally graduated with a degree in communications from George Mason University. Then, Kate decided to pursue a career as a massage therapist. She attended school at the American Massage and Bodywork Institute in 2021.
Kate is a NoVa Native and is married with two daughters very active. She enjoys working out several days a week as part of her wellness routine.
Helen
Billing Specialist
Helen has been part of our office family since the beginning. She is our billing specialist and is truly knowledgeable on how to navigate health insurance. Helen has two adult children and enjoys listening to the news while she works.
She is available on Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 8AM-11AM.
Keitel
(Pronounced "Kay-tell")
Chiropractic Assistant
You may know her as a chiropractic assistant but behind the scenes, she helps create e-mails and videos with Dr. Gebaide. Outside of work, she enjoys making crafts, running a Facebook group, and playing with her beloved bunny, Jackson. The Facebook group she manages is all about bunny ownership to help others new to owning a rabbit since she is a bunny whisperer.
While working with Dr. G, Keitel has learned so much! It has changed the way she views health and wellness. She believes that working in an area that you enjoy and knowing that you are truly helping others is as good as it gets. That is what she believes our team is about.
